Eligibility

Basic requirements to enter Canada

-       You must meet some basic requirements to get a eTA. You must:

·         You have a valid travel document, such as a passport

·         Bank statement for the last 4 months

·         A personal photo with a white background

·         Civil ID card

·         A copy of the family book + marriage certificate (for married couples)

-       Submitting some non-mandatory supporting papers will enhance the acceptance rate of your application:

·         Such as proof (work, home ownership, hotel reservations, invitation from Canada, address of a friend or relative)

Minor children traveling to Canada

-       Make sure you know what to do if your minor children (children under 18) are traveling alone.

·         A copy of the birth certificate

·         Parents (or legal guardian) address and phone number

·         You have obtained written consent from your parent or guardian to travel to Canada

·         The passport of one of the parents cannot be used, even if the child's data is included in it
